What can I say there isn’t much that I didn’t like about this place. The lobby is very welcoming. It’s not stuffy, you actually want to relax there, converse with friends and family, maybe read a book all in the lobby. The rooms are very comfortable, big windows and comfortable beds. Very clean. The bathroom is a nice size, very nice walk in shower. I definitely loved the complimentary soaps and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they smelled amazing.

Roselyn was amazing. The first person to check us i informed us that she had no King rooms available, which is what we reserved. We agreed to the 2 queens & when we went to the room, it was unmade and we had to return to desk. Roselyn took over and got us into a different queen room and offered her sincere apologies. the people above us had out of control children who were jumping on the floor, etc. - Roselyn contacted them by phone & it stopped for 10 minutes & then resumed. She then went to the room. After that, it stopped. She was simply lovely and veery efficient. she made our stay so much better

The location was very convenient to the airport. The staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was incredibly fast -- we had our room key in a matter of a minute or two! The room was nicely appointed and extremely clean -- the shower was especially nice. The place was quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items, including eggs, pancakes, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Charlotte. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.

Breakfast was ok. The attraction in the lobby was the best thing about the hotel. Staff was amazing and the location is good.

The friendly staff, the quiet (yet) friendly atmosphere made the stay feel comfortable and cozy. I also love the idea of the pool table for entertainment. By far the Best Affordable Hotel in Gaston County NC. Oh and I loved seeing my name on the TV screen when I entered the room. Made me feel important lol.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Tru by Hilton in Gastonia NC, the rooms, the decor was superb !! Overall, I enjoyed my stay !!!

The staff was extremely friendly and made check-in easy. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable for a hotel, and it was clean. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There was no microwave, but there was a little refrigerator. The location was no more noisy than other locations in Gastonia, which is a noisy city. I was able to use the YouTube app to play rain sounds and not hear anything outside. Breakfast was very basic, but it was free. 24/hr coffee bar was good too. Would stay there again.

The breakfast was acceptable. Variety could have been a little wider. The desk clerk who checked me in was so very personable and caring. She made sure all of my needs were accommodated and that everything was satisfactory. There was nothing I didn't like. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and all of my needs were met. The area around the hotel is growing and TRU is a great addition. I will stay here every time.

I liked the staff, atmosphere, and continental breakfast. I also liked the fact that although the hotel was very busy and booked, it was surprisingly quiet.
