I enjoyed the oatmeal, eggs and coffee. Everything looked appealing and the selection was wonderful. Got there late while the server was cleaning up and allowed several of us to make a plate.

When I booked my room and received my confrontation, I was to have a king size bed. When I checked in they did not have any more king size beds and said that booking .com did not send my reservation over in a timely manner. I tried to speak with local management about my displeasure, but they said it was booking.com problems. This was very disappointing trip for me. What can you do to make this right? What can I say there isn’t much that I didn’t like about this place. The lobby is very welcoming. It’s not stuffy, you actually want to relax there, converse with friends and family, maybe read a book all in the lobby. The rooms are very comfortable, big windows and comfortable beds. Very clean. The bathroom is a nice size, very nice walk in shower. I definitely loved the complimentary soaps and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they smelled amazing.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.

Roselyn was amazing. The first person to check us i informed us that she had no King rooms available, which is what we reserved. We agreed to the 2 queens & when we went to the room, it was unmade and we had to return to desk. Roselyn took over and got us into a different queen room and offered her sincere apologies. the people above us had out of control children who were jumping on the floor, etc. - Roselyn contacted them by phone & it stopped for 10 minutes & then resumed. She then went to the room. After that, it stopped. She was simply lovely and veery efficient. she made our stay so much better
